Business Manager Position
The Business Manager for Bemidji Brewing is the leader of Bemidji Brewing business operations, as well as an integral part of the day to day management team of the Company. The ideal candidate for this position is an effective leader, proactive problem solver, operates strategically, clear communicator, displays a positive attitude, is detail oriented, and is a self starter. This position works as part of the Bemidji Brewing leadership team with the Sales Manager and Production Manager. This position does not directly oversee any staff members, but works in conjunction with the leadership team to execute human resource responsibilities

Taproom Assistant Position
The Bemidji Brewing Taproom Assistant is an important part of the Taproom retail team and reports to the Taproom Operations Cooridnator. In addition to working primarily as a Taptender, this position assists with a variety of Taproom tasks, depending on business needs and personal strengths. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who is able to work autonomously, is detail-oriented, responsible, positive, can effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers and is able to work safely and effectively within a team setting.
